
The 2011 Great American Conference Women's Soccer Championship Tournament, hosted by top-seeded East Central University, features the top eight teams in the league based on win-loss percentage in conference games played during the regular season. The single-elimination tournament features two semi-finals games on Friday, November 4 and the conference championship game on Sunday, November 6 at 1 p.m.
The championship game of the 2011 tournament will be covered live and free of charge by the GAC Sports Network through an online webcast at http://greatamericanconference.com. The webcast will include views from multiple camera angles, play-by-play and color analysis, and interviews with the league's head coaches and administrators. To view the webcast, click the "GAC Sports Network Webcast" link below. The ECU Athletics Department will provide a live video stream of Friday's semi-finals games. That link is also listed below.
For fans attending the tournament, admission has been set at $5 per person, and students with a valid identification card from any of the GAC’s member institutions will be admitted for free.
An All-Tournament will be announced prior to presentation of the championship trophy on Sunday.
